What I Wore: First Day Of Classes

Summer is officially OVER. Sadddd faceee (booooo) But with school starting means more What I Wore posts! Yay for that. As you know, I'm that person who 'dresses up' for class. Meaning I don't wear norts and an oversized t-shirt. Which if you know me, it's what I live in outside of school. I just think I only have to dress up half of the week, why not look nice. I got nothing but time in the morning.

So here it is, the first day of class outfit. Relaxed but cute. All about the blue

What I Wore: Night Out

Tonight's outfit is one of my favorites! I got this lovely new chevron dress from Necessary Clothing which is one of my go to online boutiques. I mean, chevron and blue?! How can you not fall in love with this dress. I paired it with simple jewelry and my black cowboy boots. Boots and dresses are a wonderful look because it's cute, casual and flirty at the same time. So here's what I wore the other night, take a look:

What I Wore: A Touch Of Mint

This might be one of my new favorite outfits! I found these shorts a while back at francesca's and finally find a time to wear them. BlueTique just got this necklace in too, so I threw it on and fell in love. I mean how can you not love a little touch of mint! As you can tell I also love the shorts and wedges combo. Take a look

What I Wore: Colder Weather

As summer comes to an end, the weather starts to change and get colder :( Don't get me wrong, I love fall! The boots, the jeans, the scarfs- everything! But I'm just not used to it yet. The other night was a bit too chilly for my liking, so I broke out the skinnies and one of my favorite scarfs. This is perfect for a "transition" outfit. I mean, who doesn't love scarfs!

Stylebook

As I've been enjoying my short but sweet summer break, I've stumbled upon a wonderful new app (well new to me) called Stylebook. To explain it simply it's like polyvore, but the difference? It's YOUR closet! You take pictures, upload, edit and ta-da! your closet is on your phone. It makes putting outfits together fun and easy as well as keeping track of what you've already worn.

(example picture more pictures through app)

So here are some of my looks over the past few days!
Today's work outfit:

Saturday Night:

Friday Night:
For the most part, I've taken pictures of my own clothes, but for some things, like jeans- that don't picture well unless they're being worn, I find the images on google and upload them that way!

It's a really fun app! I'm currently obsessed and if I had all the time in the world, I'd add my whole closet! But since that's not the case, I'll slowly add them in as I go. The only downside to the app is that it costs money, but for a blogger and an obsessed fashion person, it's worth the $2.99.

Hope you Enjoy!

What I Wore: Traveling Home

Sorry once again for my lack of blogging! But I have big news!
I'm officially on SUMMER BREAK!
Woooo hahah and now I only have two weeks till school starts. Now that finals are over for summer, I took a weekend to go home. Here's what I decided to wear and has quickly grown to be one of my favorite outfits! Check it:

Skirt/Dress: BlueTique similar here

What's funny is this wonderful high-low skirt is actually a dress! I've just pulled it down and paired it with a white tank. It makes the dress/skirt more versatile! I love it! Just makes me wonder what other dresses I can do this with.

Being home was a blast as usual. Had a good time and got things done that I could only do at home! They have some of the best little store in Chicago-- it's not fair!
Here are some pictures form my trip home:

Pictures from the air and my favorite salad :)

The best thing in the house (the fridge) and my new iphone case!

And now on to the main attraction! There is a wonderful store in the local mall called "U Name It" and it does personalized items in the store... aka MONOGRAMS. So I saved some money, and brought a ton of stuff home. And now I'm in love! Check out my new items:

EEEEEEE!!!! I love love love! I can't wait to wear them all :)
